Production of documentary style & retention-focused hooks.
Ability to source & layer high quality footage, AI-clips & relevant overlays to keep viewers engaged.
Must have skill to balance voice-overs/b-rolls with background tracks & utilize SFX/ VFX.
Must be efficient exporting processes & organized project file management for quick revisions.
Willingness to complete multiple projects in fast paced environment.
Technical Stack: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut

Graphic Designer

Requirements:
Proven ability to design High CTR thumbnails & graphical visuals.
Experience designing landing page assets that drives high conversions.
Maintaining cohesive visual identity across multiple digital brands.
Ability to produce multiple variation of single concepts for A/B Testing.
Expertise in visual storytelling.
Technical Stack: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Basic UI Design, Adobe InDesign, Midjourney/Google FX/Kling
